Climbing Club of Oulu (Oulun kiipeilyseura -91) invites you to the FINICE2020 event! The main event is Ice Climbing European Cup Finals. While the European Cup age limit is 16 years, we have Open Competition for youth from 12 to 15 years (full years at competition date). All Finnish residents automatically compete in the Finnish Championships.

FINICE2020 will take place on Saturday the 29th of February, 2020. All athletes should arrive to Oulu the evening before the competition (i.e., Friday the 28th) as the competition begins early in the morning. We recommend staying until Sunday the 1st of March, so you can enjoy the closing party at Saturday evening!

Competitor registration is done by buying a competitor ticket and filling the UIAA competitor registration form (Youth Open competitors do not need to fill the UIAA form, since the open competition is not an official UIAA event). Competitor ticket sale ends on Friday the 28th of February at 18 PM (EET), it is not possible to purchase the competition ticket on-site.

Tickets include a warm lunch, coffee and a crepe at the competition site, and entrance to the legendary closing event at Oulu Climbing Center. The closing event includes a dinner buffet, sauna, and hot tub at the roof terrace, and a party at the rope climbing hall!

Family members, coaches, friends and other spectators: While the competition is free for spectators, we highly recommend you to purchase a climbing community ticket for the FINICE2020 event to get a lunch, coffee and a crepe at the competition site, and a ticket to the closing event with dinner buffet!

Ticket prices for the competitors and the climbing community are:

Early bird ticket: bought before November 17th: 28€.
Normal price ticket: bought between 18st of November - 31st of January: 35€
Late bird ticket: bought in February: 42€. Competitors need to buy the ticket before Friday 28th of February 18PM!
